Cottonwood WSC offers payment options for our members. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.
Payment Options:
1) Drop off in person or mail payment directly to either Point West Bank or Citizens State Bank in West, Texas. Be sure to include your payment coupon.
2) On-Line Bill Payment is now available. Just click the green "Pay Your Bill Now" and follow the instructions. Be sure to have your account number handy.
3) Payments are NOT accepted at Cottonwood WSC's post office box. Payments must be made directly to bank or on-line.
Water Bills are mailed on the 1st day of each month. If you do not receive bill by 5th of month, please call or text 254-227-4866.
