PROPERTY OWNERSHIP CHANGE:  Any Owner change in property must be reported to Cottonwood WSC so transfer documents can be completed.  The membership water account WILL NOT be changed until proper transfer documents are received by Cottonwood WSC.  Documents click on "Forms and Reports" for paperwork.
